George Orwell's political fable on stage

Orwell's Animal Farm is one of the well-known political fables in literature. The story serves as a starting point for a stage production that explores political contexts and social developments. At the center is the adaptation of the literary material into a theatrical situation.

The Hans Otto Theater invites the Potsdam audience to experience this version live in the theater. The performance combines the literary character of the original with the immediate impact of a stage production. This creates a theater evening that allows for attention, reflection, and engagement with the questions of the fable.
