They’re open on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so the hours listed here are wrong. The three staff members I spoke with were all super nice and spoke English. You can just walk in without an appointment if you need to. Otherwise, I found that new appointments get released online shortly after 8 am each day, but they won’t always be for that same day...

On Saturdays, you don't need an appointment, but make sure to get there early because people start lining up as early as 7am. If you show up by 7:30, there could already be 50 people ahead of you. From my experience, they stop giving out tokens when they hit 100, which usually happens before 9am. So good luck with that! Other than that, if you’re on your computer every weekday, like Monday to Friday, between 7:45 and 8am, you can snag free same-day appointments. Just be quick about it because they go fast!

It's totally unclear where tourists can park their cars in this city near the hotels. Almost all the parking spots are full except for the ones linked to apartments, which are empty!
