The place is nice, the store looks great... I'm here to complain about the toilets. Paying for a toilet, and going through an entrance was just sad. Not even if you buy something shall you go for free. I felt like I was at a gas station or at the toilets of a train station. Just the worst experience. 1 euro to use and 50 cents back as a voucher. Next time I'll use the ones in the train, they are cleaner and free to use. Just not up to the standards of Potsdam and Sanssouci.

1 EUR for toilet, can be paid only by coins, no cards, only a coin machine. Like in the 19th century.

Tuesday is always closed. Otherwise open all year round. In winter from November to March there are only guided tours. In summer from April to October you can also walk around freely. If you come early, it’s not so crowded. About 2 million visitors come each year.
