When boundaries become visible: We Are Here | Here We Are celebrates its premiere
On November 13, 2026, the theater ship Potsdam transforms into an extraordinary resonant space for a theatrical circus spectacle. We Are Here | Here We Are combines acting, acrobatics, music, and visual symbolism into a poetic investigation of human relationships.
A boundary in the middle of the audience
Where is the invisible line between us and the Others? The production physicalizes this question: A wall separates the audience and transforms the auditorium into an image of social segregation. What initially appears as a rigid barrier moves throughout the evening.
Acrobatics as the language of relationships
The dramaturgy does not rely solely on words. Gestures, symbols, and breathtaking acrobatics speak of closeness, distrust, belonging, and change. The acrobatics take on a central theatrical function: bodies become signs, balance expresses inner tension, and each movement carries its own meaning.
Poetic images between melancholy and humor
The concept, space, music, and direction come from Ivan Luzan. In an atmosphere of bright melancholy, fine humor meets a visually strong stage language. The production does not seek simple answers but opens a space of experience in which silence has as much impact as the spoken monologue.
A stage experience with circus energy
Yevhen Dashkivskyy, Yefrem Bitkine, Alexandr Novak, and Uliana Luzan shape the evening with physical presence and precise acrobatics. Set design, acoustics, music, and lighting combine to create a concentrated theatrical atmosphere in which the boundaries between acting, dance, and circus art blur.
Conclusion: Theater that rethinks closeness
We Are Here | Here We Are welcomes its audience as a poetic, visual, and physically intense premiere. Those who want to experience theater as an immediate stage experience and embark on an unusual connection of acrobatics, music, and dramaturgy will find an evening full of excitement, fine humor, and lasting images on the theater ship Potsdam.
