8 years 7aplus: Boulder action, music and party atmosphere in Potsdam

The 7aplus bouldering hall celebrates its eighth birthday on September 26, 2026 – with an action-packed day full of bouldering action, free workshops, exciting challenges, and a shared party atmosphere. From 09:00 to 21:00, the hall will transform into a meeting point for bouldering fans, families, friend groups, and everyone who wants to connect sports and music.

Boulder battle with a real competition feeling

Starting at 13:00, the big boulder battle in knockout mode begins. On two identical or ideally equal boulders, participants will compete directly against each other. A maximum of 60 seconds is allowed to top the boulder in control and hit the buzzer. Opponents will be drawn on-site, after which it will go from the round of 16, quarter-finals, and semi-finals to the grand final.

The battle offers various categories: Soft in yellow and blue, moderate in turquoise and red, and hard in purple and black. Registration for the competition is done via blocsport.net.

Special boulders and challenges for every level

The party combines athletic challenges with a varied club experience. Ten special boulders and challenges provide new impulses on the walls: Hard but Fair Lottery, Balance Special Raffle, Traverse Classic, Buddy Boulder, Old vs. New School Bouldering, Drytooling Station, Birthday Boulder Set, Boulderbattle, Dyno Station, and Kids Traverse.

The introductory courses teach the basics, flexibility, and the most important rules for a safe entry.
